Rooted in a Rare Lineage
This practice comes from the Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya lineage that I was initiated into in India after years of seeking something real and true.
This is not a regular Kundalini yoga practice, but a sacred kriya that has been practised for hundreds of years and passed from teacher to student through a living Himalayan lineage.
I lived and trained in India for over 15 years, and since 2012, I have been sharing these kriyas with students around the world. This practice has shaped my consciousness, my life, and my way of being.

The 7-week Journey
This initiation is held with depth, structure, and care.
In the first week, we meet twice to ground you into the practice and prepare you for the journey ahead.
From the second week, the Kriya becomes your daily practice.
From there, we meet weekly to practise together and open space for questions and guidance.
You are also supported through a private WhatsApp group, where I am present with you throughout the process.
This is a journey you walk, and one you are supported in.

At the heart of this initiation is the 40 day Kriya practice. This is where the practice begins to meet you more deeply.
Through daily connection with the breath and your energy, something begins to shift from within:

I'm Paramjit Pam Anand and I’ve been exactly where you are.
For years, I taught yoga... yet deep inside, something was missing. I longed for a sacred connection, not only within myself, but with my students. I was in search of a deeper truth, a real transmission, a spiritual path that felt alive.
My search led me to India and it was there that my life changed forever.
I met my beloved Guruji Dev Baba at his ashram and through grace, received the direct, living transmission of Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya Yoga (AHKKY). It is a lineage so pure, so rare… passed heart to heart through generations of Himalayan masters.
I trained for two years at Guruji’s ashram, immersed in silence, devotion, and discipline. It was there that I was transformed, initiated, and entrusted to carry this sacred light forward.
For over 15 years now, I have had the sacred privilege of teaching these kriyas across the world. With Guruji’s blessing, I now open the gates for those who are ready to receive this

to remember who they truly are, and to help awaken that remembrance in others.

Throughout this journey and beyond, you will be supported every step of the way. I will be by your side, offering guidance, clarity, and encouragement, holding you in the integrity of this sacred path. You will also be invited to attend online sessions with my beloved Guruji, Dev Baba, a rare opportunity to meditate with him, ask questions, and receive direct transmission from the living source of this lineage. Weekly Sacred Sessions : Live & Immersive
Each week, we gather in sacred space, a live, heart-led container of transmission, embodiment, and spiritual awakening.
- All sessions are held live and in real-time.
- Full attendance is required for certification, it's a commitment to your own deep transformation and the sacredness of the lineage.
- Each session is a sacred space where we share and experience Kriya philosophy, energy practices, and ancient wisdom in a way that touches the heart, not just the mind.
- The first and last sessions are extended (3 hours) to honour the sacred beginning and completion of this journey together.

Beloved soul, welcome. I’m Paramjit Pam Anand, and it is my deepest honour to be your guide on this sacred journey of Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya.
I have been on this path for over 25 years. Through yoga, healing, deep spiritual practice, years living in India, the creation of Shakti Rio Miño, and the path of motherhood, this work has remained one of the deepest guiding forces in my life.
It continues to support me, open me, and bring me back to what is true. And that is why I share it.
