Beloved soul, welcome. I’m Paramjit Pam Anand, and it is my deepest honour to be your guide on this sacred journey of Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya Yoga.

This is a path that lives in my heart, in my breath, and in every cell of my being. It’s not something I once learned, it’s something I’ve become.

But like many, I began with questions.

I had a full life, the outward picture of success, and yet, deep inside, there was a quiet longing. A call I couldn’t ignore. A yearning to remember who I truly was and why I was here.

That call led me to India.

And in 2009, I met my beloved Guruji Dev Baba. The moment our eyes met, I knew my soul had found its teacher. Under his divine guidance, I received Diksha, a sacred initiation and experienced the awakening of my Divine Kundalini Shakti. From there, I entered into years of devoted training in the Four Kriyas, ancient spiritual technologies passed down through the Himalayan lineage of Mahavatar Babaji, Baba Narinda, Swami Rama, and my Guruji.

These kriyas awakened something ancient in me. They brought clarity, stillness, power, and a love I had never known.

In 2012, I received the rarest of blessings, Guruji initiated me as the first and only international teacher of this lineage in the West. Since then, I’ve been entrusted to share these sacred teachings with students across the world, and to now train the next generation of teachers, those who are ready to walk this path with devotion, courage, and a wide open heart.

I live today in Galicia, Spain, where I hold retreats, offer spiritual coaching, and raise my beautiful son who was born through grace after deep spiritual preparation. This path flows through every part of my life.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly will I be certified to teach?

You’ll be certified to teach Kriya 1 and Kriya 2, two powerful breath-based practices from the Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya Yoga lineage. These are not commercial breath-work techniques but sacred sequences passed down through a master lineage, combining breath, mantra, bandhas, and deep stillness.

Is this training recognised by any professional yoga bodies?

Yes. This training is approved and recognised by Yoga Alliance Professionals as a 32-hour Advanced Teacher Training. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of completion that qualifies as a CPD or further training program.

I’ve never practiced Kriya Yoga, can I still join?

Yes, if you’re already a certified yoga teacher or experienced spiritual practitioner, you are welcome. No previous kriya experience is necessary. The training is designed to guide you from direct experience into deep embodiment and eventually, teaching.

What’s the difference between the online and residential options?

The 7 day residential retreat is an immersive journey at Shakti Rio Miño in Spain, with silence, nature, daily kriya, and community.

Both include a 40 day home practice and journal integration.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. All live online sessions will be recorded and made available to participants. If you can’t attend live, you’ll still be able to complete the training fully.

What is the 40 day self-practice?

This is a vital part of the training. You’ll complete two 40 day practice cycles:

In the first, you’ll practice Kriya 1 daily to build energetic familiarity, discipline, and deep embodiment.

In the second, you’ll alternate Kriya 1 and Kriya 2, allowing both to integrate harmoniously into your system.

This extended sadhana allows the kriyas to become alive within you, unlocking their full transformational power and preparing you to teach from direct, embodied experience.

How do I know if I’m ready for this?

If you feel a deep inner knowing... if something in you stirs as you read these words... if you long for a spiritual path that is ancient, embodied, and true, then yes you’re ready. This training meets you where you are and lovingly calls you higher.

What if I don’t want to teach?

That’s completely okay. Students can join simply to deepen their personal practice, heal, and reconnect with their soul. You may choose to teach with this certification, but the transformation that’s inevitable.

How many people will be in the group?

This is an intimate training. Whether online or in person, I keep group numbers small to ensure individual attention, safe energetic space, and powerful transmission.

Will there be support after the training?

Yes. You’ll be part of a private conscious group for continued connection, mentorship, and support after the training ends. Plus, there may be opportunities to continue studying, assisting, or returning to the ashram in India for initiation.
